You are given a 15 minutes grace period which includes loading of items, and another 15 minutes for unloading. Any time exceeded will incur additional charges of $0.5/min.

Simply log on to our website www.getvan.com.sg/send to make a booking! You will receive a confirmation of booking when a Driver accepts your order. It should take no more than 3 minutes.
The cost of each delivery is dependant on:
- Parcel Type
- Peak hours and weekend/public holidays surcharges
- Special zones surcharge

Yes. Cash payment is to be made to our Driver Partner by either the sender or the recipient.
No. Our service is for on-demand delivery.
Change of drop-off is not available after the booking has been made.

Yes, you can select multiple pick-up/drop-off points. You will be charged according to the total distance of your delivery trip.
GetVan Send operates 24 hours daily, depending on the availability of Driver Partners.
GetVan Send delivers islandwide, except for certain restricted government and military zones.

All packages should fit into the size of a box in the dimensions of W+H+L <= 150cm, with a maximum weight of 50kg.

We’re sorry that your item got damaged/lost. Please report the issue to us within 2 hours upon completion of the delivery via email@example.com or contact our customer service team @ 89323141. We would require you to provide the order number, a photograph proof, description of what happened, contact person and contact number. GetVan Send covers your delivery parcel for up to SGD 100 per order.
